The Congress Is About To Confiscate 4000 Television Stations
The Issue:
The big wireless companies want Congress to confiscate a large amount of television stations. Many of these stations are small low power television (LPTV) stations that serve local communities across the nation with religious, ethnic, local access, niche, minority and other community-focused programming. The wireless companies with their allies in Congress want to destroy these stations and will not even compensate them for their loss.
